Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 7, 2026
DigiSnax LLC ("DigiSnax," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit digisnax.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we don’t sell anything about you, we don’t advertise to you, and we use what we collect to answer you and improve the site.
Who we are
DigiSnax LLC, 680 North Lake Shore Drive, Suite 110, Chicago, IL 60611, United States. For anything in this policy, contact info@digisnax.com.
What we collect
Information you send us. When you email us, submit a form on this site, or request a conversation, we receive what you choose to share: typically your name, email address, and details about your business or project. On our real estate page, the market report form also asks for your city, state, the neighborhoods you serve, and optionally your website.
Technical information. Like nearly every website, our hosting and security providers automatically record standard server logs when you visit: IP address, browser type, operating system, the pages you viewed, and timestamps. We use this information to operate and secure the site.
How you use the site. We use analytics tools to understand how visitors find and use digisnax.com, so we can improve it. These record pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, how far down a page you scroll, how long you stay, your approximate location based on IP address, and your device and browser type. One of these tools, Microsoft Clarity, also creates a playback of your visit, meaning a reconstruction of mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling on the pages you viewed. We use this to find parts of the site that confuse people. We do not use it to identify you.
This website has no user accounts and collects no payment information.
Cookies
The site sets a small number of functional, security, and analytics cookies, placed by our website platform and the analytics tools described below. These keep the site working, protect it from abuse, and let us count visits without counting the same person twice. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not track you across other websites. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site remains usable without them.
Third-party services
A few parts of the site are delivered by third parties, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Google Analytics 4 measures site traffic and which pages and buttons people use. You can prevent it from collecting your visit using Google’s browser opt-out add-on.
- Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and playbacks of site visits, as described above. Microsoft explains its handling of this data in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Web3Forms receives and delivers the contents of any form you submit on this site, so that it reaches our inbox.
- Calendly powers scheduling if you choose to book a conversation; booking takes you to Calendly, which collects what you enter there.
- Links to other sites, such as our LinkedIn profile, take you off digisnax.com; those sites are responsible for their own privacy practices.
How we use information
We use the information described above to respond to your inquiries, provide our services, and operate and secure this website. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their advertising purposes.
Retention
We keep correspondence and related information only as long as needed for the purpose it was shared, or as required for legitimate business and legal records.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@digisnax.com. We honor such requests regardless of where you live.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you additionally have the rights provided by the GDPR, including the right to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, note that we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new date. Material changes will be visible on this page.
