Flavor Finder is a free service operated by DigiSnax LLC ("we," "us") that sends weekly frozen custard flavor reports for nearby Culver's restaurants. We take your privacy seriously and collect only what we need to deliver this service.
When you subscribe, we collect your email address and zip code. Your zip code is used to find nearby Culver's locations and is never shared. You may optionally choose up to three favorite flavors so we can highlight them in your weekly email. We do not collect your name, phone number, payment information, or any other personal data.
Your email address is used only to send you Flavor Finder emails. Your zip code is used to determine which restaurants appear in your report. Your favorite flavors, if you set them, are used to personalize the content of your weekly email. We do not use your information for any other purpose.
We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your email address or any personal information to third parties. We do not use tracking pixels in our emails. We do not run advertising that targets you based on your data. We do not use your information for profiling or automated decision-making.
Your subscriber data is stored on a private virtual server hosted in the United States. Data is stored in encrypted files accessible only to the service administrator. We use industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmission.
Your subscriber record is retained while your subscription is active. If you unsubscribe, your record is marked inactive and retained for 30 days to prevent accidental re-enrollment, after which identifiable data is removed. Flavor data from Culver's is retained for 30 days on a rolling basis and contains no personal information.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any Flavor Finder email. You can view and update your favorite flavors on your manage preferences page. You can request a copy of all data we hold about you, or request deletion of your data, by emailing flavorfinder@digisnax.com.
Flavor Finder is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
Flavor data displayed in Flavor Finder is sourced from publicly available pages on culvers.com. Flavor Finder is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Culver's. Google Fonts are loaded in emails for typography. No other third-party services receive your data.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will note the updated date below. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
